DipSignal (“Service”) is a mobile app that sends alerts when US stocks and ETFs dip from their period high. JUNHO MOON (“Operator”) complies with applicable privacy laws.

1. Information We Collect

Account: User ID from Supabase when you sign in with Google; email if provided
Alerts: Tickers, periods, threshold %, active/paused status
Push: Device push token (FCM)
Subscription (optional): Subscription status via App Store / RevenueCat when enabled
Technical: Minimal logs needed to operate the service

2. How We Use It

Authentication and storing your alerts
Sending push notifications when conditions are met
Symbol search and market snapshot display
Trial and subscription management (if applicable)
Security and reliability

3. Storage & Processing

User data is stored on AWS S3 (e.g. ap-northeast-2). APIs run on AWS Lambda; market data and alert evaluation may run on servers operated by the Operator. Sign-in is subject to Supabase and Google policies.

4. Third Parties

We do not sell personal data. Service providers may include Supabase, AWS, Google Firebase, Apple App Store / Google Play, and RevenueCat (if applicable).

5. Retention

We delete data upon account deletion or request, except where law requires longer retention.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction. Delete alerts in the app, disable notifications, disconnect your account, or email us.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 14.

8. Changes

We will post updates on this page and may notify you in the app or by email for material changes.
