DipSignal Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms govern your use of the DipSignal mobile app (“Service”) provided by JUNHO MOON (“Operator”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

The Service sends push alerts when US stocks and ETFs meet dip-from-high conditions you configure. Market data and alerts are for informational purposes only; nothing herein is investment advice.

2. Account

You sign in using methods we support (e.g. Google). You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

3. Free Trial & Auto-Renewable Subscription

Title: DipSignal Premium (monthly auto-renewable subscription)
Length: 1 month (renews monthly unless cancelled)
Price: As shown in the app and on the App Store (may vary by region and taxes)
Free trial: You may receive push alerts free for 7 days after sign-up (as offered in the app).
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged the same price upon renewal.
Cancellation: Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. You retain access until the end of the paid period.
Refunds: Apple’s App Store refund policies apply.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the Service, violate laws, or infringe others’ rights.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for delayed or inaccurate data, missed notifications, or investment losses.

6. Changes

We may modify or discontinue the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page or in the app.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the courts where the Operator is located, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
